Completely fill out the order form, and press "Submit".

If the item is still available, we will reply with an invoice and put the item on reserve. If the item has already been put on reserve for someone else, we will notify you of this by e-mail and contact you if the same or a similar item becomes available in the future. Why we take orders this way

Pay us within 7 days and we will ship your item. Shipping is included in the price of the item unless otherwise noted. We use USPS on most items, UPS will be used for heavier items. Insurance is at the buyer's option. If you elect not to use insurance, West Groton Tool Company will not be held liable for any damages caused during shipment.

How to Pay
We accept major credit cards through BillPoint and PayPal (What are BillPoint and PayPal?), also money orders and checks. We will ship the item as soon as we receive payment, or as soon as your personal check clears (this can take up to 10 business days).

We Must Recieve Payment Within 7 Days
All of our items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The first one to submit an order for an item will be invoiced, and the item will be put on reserve. Please do not send payment until you receive an invoice from us. If we have not received payment within 7 days of sending an invoice, we may (unless other arrangements are made) opt to offer the item to other interested parties.

Reserved Means Reserved
Please do not ask us to sell you a previously reserved item for a higher amount. Once an item is on reserve, it will stay that way for 7 days. If after 7 days we have not received payment, the item will be offered to others in the order that we received the requests. If you submit a request for an item that is already reserved, we will notify you in advance of listing a similar item in the future.

We want you to be happy with anything you buy from us; so, if you are dissatisfied with any item, for any reason, send it back and we will refund your money.

At West Groton Tool Company, we know (all too well) the difficulties encountered when buying used or antique tools over the internet - each item is unique in terms of its condition, completeness, and originality. Without a "hands on" inspection, it is nearly impossible to know what you are buying.

We provide high quality photos/scans of each item, and fully describe each item to the best of our ability - including missing or incorrect parts. If you have any questions at all about anything on our web site, e-mail us and we will respond promptly and honestly.
